Art2Action Artists Showcase TCG Virtual Conference

Social distancing can't stop us from celebrating our Artists and Theatres of Color who are too legit to quit producing and performing. As part of the Theatre Communications Group (TCG) 2020 Virtual Conference, this event will feature an Art2Action Artist Showcase curated by Andrea Assaf, featuring William S. Yellow Robe Jr., Kristina Wong, Anu Yadav, Ifrah Mansour, Spirit McIntyre, Charlotte Brathwaite and Sunder Ganglani. There will also be live performances from Golden Thread Productions, Crowded Fire Theater, KC Melting Pot Theatre, Teatro Luna, The Eagle Project, and The Sống Collective, a memorial tribute for those we’ve lost, music from DJ Ushka and dancing with The Movement Theatre Company. Even in the most challenging times of struggle, we must tell stories, mourn together, celebrate our cultures, and seek joy.
