Nature’s Patterns: A Movement Exploration through Breath, Focus, and Flow with Nejla Yatkin

In this participatory, outdoor workshop led by award-winning choreographer and performer Nejla Yatkin, participants will explore the organic patterns of nature—circles, spirals, lines, curves, and waves—through guided breathwork, focused internal awareness, and functional joint exercises. The session aims to awaken a deeper connection between body, mind, and the natural world, allowing participants to move with fluidity, intention, and presence. This workshop celebrates the inherent wisdom of the body and the beauty of nature’s design, creating a space for participants to move, feel, and reconnect with themselves and the world around them.

Open to all levels, from beginners to experienced movers, wear comfortable clothes and shoes to move…
