Veterans Community Open Mic ONLINE

ONLINE EDITION, Independence Day Weekend!

Because Art2Action believes in protecting each other by limiting in-person contact during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are now hosting the Open Mic online. The good news is, you can join from anywhere! Local, national, and international participants are welcome. 

Art2Action presents the monthly Veterans Community Open Mic as a creative space for Veterans, families, community members, caregivers, allies, and Artists of all kinds. This Open Mic is a creative and courageous space, where all people are welcome regardless of identity, a space where we can bring our full selves, listen, share, and grow together. 

Join co-hosts Andrea Assaf & J-9, with special guest DJ Fifth Element, for an evening of art and community-building! Open Mic sign-up spots are up to 5 minutes each, in any genre or creative form.  

ALL ARTISTS, VETERANS, FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS & SUPPORTERS ARE WELCOME 

First time on the mic? Seasoned poet, musician or storyteller? Just want to listen? No problem! Your level of involvement is what you want it to be, no pressure! You can sign-up to share, or just listen in.
